Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2015, the Defendant prepared a complaint with the intention of having C receive criminal punishment at the Seoul Northern District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office located in 747, Seoul Dobong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to have C receive criminal punishment.
