Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and the captain of the B(4.16 tons) fishing vessel B(4.16 tons) at the coast of the loading of female water and is engaged in fishery.

When it is intended to capture marine animals and plants in a protection zone designated as a scenic spot of designated cultural heritage by the State (sea areas within 200 meters along the coast), it shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration.
