Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Where it is intended to engage in any activity that may affect the preservation of cultural heritage designated by the State, permission shall be obtained from the Commissioner of the Cultural Heritage Administration.

Nevertheless, on August 2015, the Defendant installed a coffee 78.81 square meters in total area without permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration in a national cultural heritage-designated cultural heritage C zone located in Incheon Strengthening-gun B.
