1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties and the defendant are both C's children.

1) On June 19, 1956, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City: (a) the change of ownership and the details of division of ownership of 740 square meters; (b) C is deemed as “D land” on June 19, 1956.

A) complete the registration of ownership transfer as to D’s land. On the other hand, D’s land was partitioned as follows (hereinafter divided land is specified as parcel number only.

(2) On September 11, 1979, the Plaintiff, H, I, and J completed the registration of ownership transfer for each 30/740 portion of D land on September 11, 1979, with respect to each 30/740 portion of D land as of September 10, 1979, on the ground of a donation made on September 10, 1979, with a size D D D 740 740 750 5250 D 25 D 25 162162 F 2828 28.

On February 2, 1982, the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer made on January 15, 1981 for 620/740 shares of D land due to the inheritance by agreement and division made on January 15, 1981.

3) On September 24, 1981, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on September 23, 1981. On April 6, 1988, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for 30/740 shares out of D land owned by J on April 4, 198. 4) on July 8, 198, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for 90/740 shares out of D land (i.e., 30/740 shares donated from C) purchased respectively from I and J, and 30/740 shares out of D land (i.e., 740 shares donated from C; hereinafter “instant 740/740 shares”) on May 30, 198, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale and purchase on May 198. 198.

5) On May 6, 1998, K completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on April 9, 1998, with respect to L (the husband of the plaintiff and the defendant's Ma) with respect to the 90/740 shares of this case, L (the 6) on August 9, 2010, completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on August 9, 2010 with respect to the 90/740 shares of this case to the defendant.

(c) the Defendant exchange F-land with N-land.
