1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. D completed registration of preservation of ownership on the land prior to the instant subdivision, which was received on April 17, 1928 by the Daegu District Court Decision 5127, which was received on 17 April 17, 1928.

B. Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on December 3, 1950, No. 14208, which was received on December 23, 1964, with respect to the share of 300/3478 of the land before the instant partition.

C. Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for sale as of May 18, 1965, No. 28915, which was received on May 18, 1965, with respect to the share of 1800/3478 of the land prior to the instant subdivision, due to sale on December 30, 1952.

On August 26, 1981, the land before the instant subdivision was partitioned into 3,219 square meters and f. 259 square meters.

E. G completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale as of August 26, 1981, received on August 26, 1981 by No. 37022, which was completed on March 6, 1974.

F. The Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on May 28, 1985, No. 12260, which was received on May 28, 1985, with respect to the share of 1378/3478, out of 3,219, pursuant to the heading-Gun E E, and the reason for the sale on December 3, 1974.

G. On July 14, 198, Geumne-gun E 3,219: (a) each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) and H 3,018 square meters, I 2,542 square meters; and (b) Geumne-gun F 259 square meters was replaced with G 1,270 square meters with G 209 square meters with Kimcheon-si J-si 209 square meters.

H. As to the portion of 1678/3478 square meters among 3,018 square meters in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the defendant C completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on the sale as of June 26, 1995 by the receipt of No. 2728, Oct. 30, 1985, and the registration of transfer of ownership based on the sale as of October 30, 1985, as of 1678/3478 square meters in I 2,542 square meters, as of June 29, 1995 by the receipt of No. 27640, Oct. 30, 1985.
