1. The judgment of the first instance, including the modification of the purport of the claim by this court, shall be modified as follows.

The plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 17, 1928, Y-ri original address of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Y-do, was “Y-ri Z-dong,” but, on around 1995, Geumcheon-gun, which was integrated into Kimcheon-si and Y-si, belongs to the current Kimcheon-si, and its address and its lot number are indicated on the basis of the current administrative district. F 3,478 square meters (hereinafter “the land before the instant subdivision”).

(2) G completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 23, 1964 as to the portion of 300/3478 out of the land before the instant partition on December 23, 1964.

3) The deceased B completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 18, 1965 with respect to the portion of 1800/3478 out of the land before the instant partition, which was due to sale and purchase as of December 30, 1952. 4) The deceased, H, I, J, and K, their inheritors, on December 29, 1967, completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with each inheritance share ratio on September 1, 1965 with respect to the portion of 1378/3478 out of the land before the instant partition.

L is transferred from the above inheritors on December 23, 1967 and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above 1378/3478 shares out of the land before the partition of this case on December 29, 1967.

B. On August 26, 1981, the land before the instant subdivision was divided 1) The land before the instant subdivision is deemed as the land after the instant subdivision 3,219 square meters (hereinafter “land after the instant subdivision”).

(2) On May 28, 1985, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on March 6, 1974 with respect to the entire M M M 259 on the same day. (2) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on December 3, 1974 with respect to L holding 1378/3478 shares out of the land after the instant partition.

C. On July 14, 1988, the land after the division of this case is divided into the land of this case, which is 3,018 square meters in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 3,018 square meters in size, D 2,542 square meters in size (hereinafter “the land of this case”).

(2) The land in the above two parcels is one of the two parcels, namely, O 3,020 square meters and AA 1,003 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “the two parcels”).
