A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 8, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 190,000, even though he/she knew of the fact that the value of Samsung Ggal lusium ju S4 smartphone 1 cost possessed by the victim D, which he/she stolen, was at least one million won before the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-ro 26 Gosi Station.

On February 20, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at KRW 25,000 despite being aware of the fact that: (a) LG 2 smartphone 1 cost, which was the victim F owned by C and C, was stolen from their daily activities, around the 160 red-in zone underground, in Seoul, in Seoul, and acquired stolen goods.
