A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 22:00 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after being aware of the fact that the galgthal lusium, E and F, which was owned by the victim non-victims, was stolen from D, in the C Station square located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
2. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 90,000 won in price, even though he/she was aware of the fact that E was stolen from D, from the victim G, at the Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 90,000 won in price, even though he/she was aware that E was stolen.
3. At around 17:40 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing at least 3.80,000 won, knowing that the market price of the victim J, which he stolen from D, together with F, from D, was equivalent to KRW 90,000,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000)
4. Around 04:00 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 150,000 won of the price with knowledge of the fact that gallon 3 smartphones are stolen in front of M Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and that gallon 3 smartphones are stolen from N.
5. At around 00:20 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at the price of 2.90,000 won after being aware of the fact that the two prices of smartphones are stolen goods, such as opon4S equivalent to KRW 900,000,000,000, and gallon No. 2,000,000,000,000 won.
