Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 14, 201, from around 08:00 on June 14, 201 to around 11:30 on the same day, Defendant A ambling, along with F, G, and name infinites, carried 30,000 won in the office of H located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with a board of 30,000 won per capita, and used card 52 to set the winners at the order determined by the combination of figures and non-satis.
2. On June 14, 201, the Defendants engaged in gambling in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack) at the said attorney-at-law office as the victim G (Nam, 39 years of age), I (Nam, and 38 years of age), and were engaged in gambling in gambling twice at the same place as on June 14, 201, by using a satisin pattern card by the victims. Here, the term “ducin gambling” refers to gambling at 14:00 on the same day after completion of the instant gambling.
