Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2014, around 18:54, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of S, “D” located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, by means of gathering clothes worth KRW 118,00,000, totaling KRW 1,18,000, at the market price of the victim E posted on the clothes for sale, and KRW 98,000,000, KRW 216,000.

2. On March 13, 2014, at around 21:2, the Defendant: (a) stolen a set of 1 set of 138,000 female-use DNAs worth KRW 138,000, which the victim, as described in paragraph (1), posted for sale at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
