The defendant is innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case was living together with the victim D (n, 12 years of age) entrusted by the Children’s Foundation through the “Imsan” at the Defendant’s residence located from the end of October 201 to the end of November 2012, 301.

On December 2, 2011, at around 01:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under 13 years of age, who was forced to leave his chest while inducing the victim into the room of the victim who was living in the above residence, by inserting his hand to the upper part of the victim himself, and making the victim intending to deduct the victim's hand.

B.
