Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative of C Co., Ltd. located in B at all times.

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products, a person who produces, processes and ships agricultural and fishery products or processed agricultural and fishery products, or stores and displays them for the purpose of selling or selling them shall indicate the country of origin, and shall not falsely indicate the country of origin under Article 6(2) of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the country of origin. However, the Defendant: (a) in a stock company run by himself/herself located in Sad on May 313:35, 2018, when preparing and selling a liver store by mixing the domestic freezing lel and domestic acid lick, and (b) falsely indicate the country of origin falling under Article 6(2)1 of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products to many unspecified customers; and (c) the Defendant falsely indicates the country of origin falling under Article 6(2) of the same Act.
