When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall make a false indication of the place of origin of agricultural and fishery products or make an indication that may cause confusion with it.

Nevertheless, around January 13, 2017, the Defendant displayed 10 jule 10 jule on the display stand in front of the dried China, and stored jule 18 jule in the cooling house in the freezing, while indicating its origin as “Korea” at around January 13, 2017, at the store of “D” operated by the Defendant in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City City C market.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of origin.
