Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates food entertainment business (general restaurant) under the trade name of “D” in the net city of 1,00.

A person who cooks and sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof pursuant to the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall not place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from February 2, 2018 to February 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased ranchi from E (P in the Republic of Korea and from E (F) in the Republic of Korea, for KRW 25,000 per 1 gambling (10kg) in the Republic of Korea; (b) made it confused with the country of origin as a kimchi (domestic origin), and made it confused with the country of origin as a kimchi (domestic origin: domestic origin, and Chinese red powder) and made it possible to cause confusion with the country of origin indicating the country of origin equivalent to KRW 22kgg, KRW 55,000, total amount of KRW 50,000 in the Republic of Korea, which is equivalent to KRW 22kgg, KRW 125,00 in the Republic of Korea, and KRW 125,00 in the Republic of Korea.
