Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2016 High-term 2021" shall operate any vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on June 15, 2016, the Defendant operated a Bsch Rexton vehicle on his own, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, within approximately one kilometer section of approximately 1 kilometer in order to move to his own home from the Gu Seocheon-gu, Young-gu, Sungsung-si.

"2016 High Court Decision 2280" Defendant is a holder of Bsch Rexton car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around 19:00 on June 23, 2016, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 2 km section from the front front of the YY-gu to the front road of the YY-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) to the front road of the YY-gu Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), with the effect of the 370-6 Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).
