Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flapsying) did not deal with psychotropic drugs Metephacopon (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), but Defendant A received and administered philopon and Defendant B administered philopon as follows.

Defendant

A around 03:30 on February 8, 2013, at the residence of 03:30, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (a) decided to administer phiphones using glass instruments (one name: Mama) held by the Defendant’s friendship F; (b) heated 0.15 g of phiphones on the rophones on the rophones; (c) heated them by a Lterter, the steam emitted as soon as possible by dilution and dilution with the water contained in the foregoing glass via the string, and melting it with the above F.

The Defendant heated 0.15 g of philopon into a philopon on the roposite, and added it to the ropoper, and dives from the water contained in the above glass scheme to the fropon, and dives the steam emitted as soon as possible by dilution with the above A and the above F.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones over five times from the time of the administration of philophones as above until February 15, 2014, as shown in the attached Table 2.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act by Defendant A.

A. On June 5, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on an irregular time, is running the Defendant in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, front of the H Building Adong in Seo-gu, Incheon.
