Punishment of the crime

1. On August 29, 2010, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,000,000 to the national bank account (H) in the name of G under the name of the purchase price for phiphones. On September 29, 2010, the Defendant purchased 1,00,000 from G by taking out 108, 602, 108, 602, and 1.4g of phiphones from G in the name of the Defendant’s residence.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A.
