Reasons
Criminal facts
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics, and they shall not possess, use, transport, import, export, administer, sell, sell, deliver, or deliver psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “cathophone”).
1. On April 22, 2013, Defendant B, at around 22:15, purchased approximately 2.5g of philopon 1,500 won (Koreanized KRW 300,000) among the philopon 2.5g, which is contained in five of the transparent plastic paper paper from a person who was injured at the time of injury in China, at around the same night.

B, around 07:00 on April 23, 2013, in the case of an injury to China, put the said phiphone into the Defendant’s home room, and then, around 09:30 on the same day, after boarding the aircraft of JJ101 and arriving at the Jeju Port, the said phiphone was closely imported after passing through the customs search stand.
2. Mephone medication by the Defendants
A. On April 23, 2013, the Defendants: (a) Handphone medication: (b) around April 10, 2013, around April 23, 2013: (c) around 10:0, the G Building 607 at Jeju, in 10:0, put water into a raw disease; and (d) sticking a phiphone as soon as possible; and (e) sticked the phiphone in a way that the phiphone was cut as soon as possible.
The Defendants conspired to administer philophones in collusion.
B. On May 10, 2013, the Defendants conspireded to administer phiphones, and around 16:00 on May 10, 2013, the said G Building 607 administered approximately 0.3g of phiphones by the said method.
3. Assisting Defendant A to trade phiphones and selling and buying them;
A. On January 9, 2011, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase phiphones, upon request from H on January 9, 2011, in order to allow him to seek phiphones, and contacted a person who was aware of his name (hereinafter “I”), and then became aware of his name (hereinafter “I”), and at around 22:00 on the same day, H purchased approximately 0.15 g of phiphones from the above person who was in the name of the deceased.
