Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant “E” is the vice president of the 2nd floor “E” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building E-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and the victim F (n, 22 years old) is an employee of the cosmetic.
