A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 795"

1. On January 18, 2017, around 08:0-11:00, the Defendant: (a) loaded a vehicle loaded on the E-vehicle parked by the victim D on the street in front of the Northwest-gu C construction site in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) cut off one set of spectrum, the market price of which is 40,000 won.

2. On February 21, 2017, around 11:30-11:50, the Defendant, at the construction site of G G Park located in Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, 2017, cited one iron bars with the market value equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, in order to provide meals to the victim H.

On February 28, 2017, around 09:30, the Defendant cut off one engine engineer (one partner) with the market price equivalent to KRW 1.5 million from a one ton vehicle parked by the victim I on the ground side at the construction site of the underground vehicular road located in Nam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

On February 23, 2017, the Defendant cut off construction tools worth KRW 2350,000,000, in total, from the cargo column of the vehicle in the blue-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 800,000,00, in order to work by the victim U in front of the Tri-si Tri-si Tri-si Tri-si, the Defendant cut off construction sections equivalent to KRW 2,50,000,00,000, in total, from the cargo column of the vehicle in the blue-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 80,000,00,00,000.
