1. Larceny;

A. On August 5, 2015, around 07:0 to 07:48, the Defendant: (a) opened the clothes that were not corrected by the victim E in the “D SM7 passenger cars owned by the victim; and (b) cut off the 136,000 market value of one smart key for the use of the victim’s SM7 passenger cars.

B. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 13:10 to 14:00, stolen a 150,000 won of cash owned by the victim and a 500,000 won of the market price, with the following: (a) the Defendant: (b) around 13:10 to 14:00, the Defendant:00, placed the key of his/her own clothes in the public bath room in the “G Mapo-gu, Changpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si; and (c) took advantage of the following:

On August 14, 2015, the Defendant, at around 07:30 on August 14, 2015, cut off a smartphone equivalent to KRW 500,000,00 of the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the soup suping room in Jari City.

On August 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a smartphone equivalent to KRW 990,000 in the victim’s market price owned by the victim, where the victim was in charge of the crepan, in the Mapo-gu Mapo-si L in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.

E. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 04:0 to 05:00, deducted the key to the supporting clothes in other knife in the “M sata” clause (d) above from 04:0 to 05:0.

At the same time, 340,000 won in cash owned by the victim was stolen.

F. On October 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on October 17, 2015, the Defendant: (b) opened the clothes 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim R and KRW 700,000 in cash owned by the victim S; and (c) stolen the two by inserting the key of his/her clothes Sheet in Q Gain P, Q Gain P, Inc. by inserting the key into the backline of the victim R and the victim S’s clothes.

G. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant’s ranked around 03:0 around 04:0.
