Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license for a motor vehicle that was lost by the victim B at the entrance of a single-distance steel station located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

The Defendant, without following necessary procedures such as returning a driver’s license to the victim, embezzled the vehicle he/she acquired as above.

2. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was presented an identification card necessary for the opening of a mobile phone by the staff E in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Adong-dong, Seoul, to the extent that it was necessary for the establishment of a mobile phone.

The defendant, who is a public document obtained as stated in paragraph (1), belongs to the name of the director of the Seoul Police Agency in Seoul, who is a driver's license for a motor vehicle under the name of the victim B, and presented it as if he was his pet driver's license and denied the official document.

3. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of “B, F, and Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City,” written “B” in the customer column of the new service contract, and forged two copies of the service contract in the name of “B”, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations by signing on the applicant column of “B, F, and Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.”

4. At the time and place set forth in paragraph (3), the Defendant: (a) delivered two copies of the service contract forged as if they were duly formed; and (b) exercised forged private documents in B.

5. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant established a mobile phone two cell phone (H and I) by filing a mobile phone with D staff E, with the following: (a) “new service contract” and “B” obtained by the Defendant under Article 2 and “B” under Article 2 and “B” obtained by the Defendant as one’s pet driver’s license; and (b) as if there was a legitimate authority.

The defendant is a cell phone with two cell phones.
