Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2016, 2016, Defendant A asked Party B to submit a certificate of registration and inspection of construction machinery owned by Defendant at the construction site of subway (State) from the construction site of subway (hereinafter “Defendant A”) located in Sinsi-si, Singu, for the request of Defendant A to “A to enter the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery in a false manner and transmit it to the construction site office by facsimile.”

Therefore, the Defendant had B enter “regular inspection” in the division column of the construction machinery inspection column of H construction machinery registration certificate, “on February 21, 2008,” “on January 31, 2011,” “inspection agency’s column,” and “I” in the inspection agency’s name column, and “I” in the inspection agency’s name column, respectively as indicated in the attached crime list. As above, the Defendant sent the registration certificate and inspection certificate of construction machinery containing forged parts to the F F office at the construction site by facsimile.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the above B, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd the construction machinery inspection column of the registration certificate of construction machinery under the name, such as the above I, which is a private document on fact certification; and (b) instigated the Defendant to use it.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) indicated, as indicated in the separate column of the construction machinery inspection certificate of the construction machinery registration certificate for H construction machinery owned by A with a black pen, according to the teachers of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, G and 703, as indicated in the column of the inspection; (b) “regular inspection” in the column of the inspection date; (c) “1 January 31, 201; (d) in the inspection institution column,” “the inspection institution column” in the inspection institution column; and (e) written as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes.

The defendant is therefore entitled to exercise.
