1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,817,874 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 26, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

There is no dispute between the parties, or according to the purport of the entire argument in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the plaintiff operating a wholesale and retail business of livestock products under the trade name of "C" is "D", and the same year from February 4, 2014 to the defendant who runs the meat sales business, etc.

Until November 1, 200, the Defendant sold livestock products between the Defendant and the Defendant, but can be recognized that it was not paid KRW 54,817,874 of the sales price of the said livestock products. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 54,817,874 of the sales price of the said goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 26, 2014 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
