The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car in B.

At around 18:20 on May 24, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 20 km from the 2nd road of the Sinwon-si Housing Site in Suwon-si to the front road of the Suwon-si Kuwon-si Sucheon-dong Driving Vehicle Driving the said car from around 0.177% of alcohol concentration around the blood alcohol concentration of 0.17%.
