Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2020, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a e-car from the front side of the C Company located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan to the front side of the D Apartment-gu, Busan, about 8km, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.152% of alcohol concentration.
