Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on June 27, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.177% from the 20km section in the front of the heating power plant located in Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, Busan-si to the front road of the high-si nuclear power plant located in Goyang-si.
