A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The provisional payment equivalent to the above additional collection amount shall be made.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan District Court on March 2, 2015.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

2. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant administered the Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device after dilutioning 0.03 gramopon from the cel located in Yangsan-si, with water, around 19:00.

On April 2016, the Defendant administered drugs in a way that the Defendant injected the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device, after dilution approximately 0.03g of clopon from the mutual influorized telephones located in the Busan-gun’s Articles of Incorporation, Busan-gun, and 0.03g of clopon into water.

4. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) injected 508 Ecomher Maur 508 in pulon D; and (b) injected opon copon copon copon copon copon copher in water; and (c) injected the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device.

5. At around 20:00 on the above day, Defendant 1 administered philophones in such a manner as to injecting them into Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device after dilutioning them into water.
