A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. The Defendant, in collusion with C and D on October 10, 2012, administered 0.03g of 12:30 p.m. on the first round of October 2012, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D and 12:30 p.m. on the first round of October 2012; (b) was dilution with a single-use c.03g of c.m. c. c., a psychotropic drug owned by D, in a single-use c.m.; (c) was dilution with a single-use c.m.; and (d) the Defendant administered the c. in one-use c.m. using the c. c. 0.03g of the above c.m. c., in a c. in a c. d. in a d.m. method; and (c) was dilution with the c. 0.03g. of the above c.m.
2. The Defendant committed a crime between February 2, 2013 to March 2, 201,
A. On February 2, 2013, around 02:30 on the first day of the mid-term 2013, at H H neighboring in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, purchase the 500,000 won on the penphone, taking the amount equivalent to 0.8g of the penphone from I, and taking the 50,000 won on the first day;
B. At around 19:00 on March 29, 2013, upon receipt of a request from C to seek a phiphone, the Plaintiff received from I a free 0.4g of phiphone 0.4g from the domicile of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jtel 632, and then received the phiphone 0.4g of the said phiphone 0.4g from the domicile of Ktel 618 C at around 22:0 on the same day;
(c) around 22:00 on March 29, 2013; (c) in a single-use injection instrument containing 0.03g of 0.03g of philopon in the dwelling of the above C; and (c) in a way of injection into one’s arms, after having divenating in a single-use injection instrument equivalent to 0.03g of c.
D. At around 18:00 on March 30, 2013, at the residence of the above C, the 0.17g of the dialphones received as above was dilution with milk and administered in a mathic manner.
3. A criminal defendant around May 2013:
A. At around 20:00 on May 4, 2013, at around 20:30,000 won for philopon, upon request for salopon, after receiving 300,000 won for philopon, from I in the said I’s residence.
