1. Of the lawsuits against the Plaintiff’s construction of Shee Co., Ltd., the following 2-A
money in excess of the amount described in the subsection.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is the party. 1) The plaintiff is the party of this case's apartment complex of 1,2 D apartment complexes in Suwon-gu B and C, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 185 households in six units (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the apartment of this case
(2) In order to manage the apartment of this case, the scarbus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Scarbus”) was a project proprietor who constructed and sold the apartment of this case, and was dissolved around July 16, 2014 and completed liquidation around October 20, 2014.
3) Defendant Shee Construction is the contractor who performed a new construction work of the instant apartment by being awarded a contract with the Sheeus. 4) Defendant Corporation is the company that guaranteed Defendant Shee Construction’s obligation to repair the defects of the instant apartment.
B. On November 15, 201, Defendant Corporation entered into a contract for the warranty of defects and usage inspection 1) In the event it fails to comply with the request for the performance of the repair for defects that occurred within the warranty period even after the Defendant’s completion of the inspection on the use of new apartment construction for the instant apartment construction after the Defendant’s completion of the inspection on the use of the new apartment construction for the warranty period without justifiable grounds, the Defendant Corporation shall either perform the repair for defects or pay the cost of the repair (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”).
