【Criminal Records】
1. On September 8, 2004, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for the crime of habitual gambling at the Goyang Branch of the Seoul District Court, and on October 9, 2001, Defendant B was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of gambling at the Seoul Central District Court, and on July 27, 1993, issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for the crime of gambling at the Seoul Western District Court.
2. On November 4, 2014, Defendant C was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of gambling at the Incheon District Court. On June 29, 2012, Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million as a crime of gambling in the Hongsung Support of the Daejeon District Court, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of gambling at the Incheon District Court on June 1, 2012, and was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of gambling on July 27, 2005, respectively.
