1. On January 29, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the crime of gambling in the Daegu District Court’s support, and on April 5, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of gambling in the same court on April 5, 2012, and on May 30, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of gambling; on April 4, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for the crime of habitual gambling in the sex support of the Daegu District Court’s Daegu District Court; and on September 13, 2014, Defendant A completed the execution of the sentence in the same prison on September 13, 2014.
