A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a school lecturer of the Ethrative Ethical Institute in the third floor of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, and the victims were students in the study course of the defendant's lecture at the above school.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse against the victim F (or 15 years of age);

A. On September 24, 2015, from around 15:00 to 15:30 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) moved to the victim’s house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City by taking advantage of the help of the victim, who is a juvenile, who was frightd to go to the hospital, to get medical treatment at the hospital; and (b) opened with the victim, and (c) laid the victim in a sofa, laid the victim’s arms on a sofa, put the victim into a sofa, put the victim’s arms on a sofa, putting the victim on a sofa, putting the victim’s hand on his/her hand, putting the victim’s fab and facing the victim’

B. On June 8, 2015, from around 17:00 to 19:30, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile under the above method 39 times in total, on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, as described in the list of crimes: (b) the Defendant: (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a juvenile, on the following occasions: (d) the victim was able to have a fright at the victim’s time; (e) the victim’s fright, fright, and vertebrate part, etc.; and (e) the victim’s fright, with his/her son’s son’s son;

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) against the victim H (V) committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim by asking the victim’s hand when the victim was able to take lessons from the lecture room of the above private teaching institute on the ground that the victim was able to take lessons from the defendant from June 3, 2015 to October 21 of the same year.
