Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of Ulsandong-gu D 2nd floor E, and the victim F (n, 18 years of age) from October 24, 2014 to October 29 of the same month, the victim G (n, 17 years of age), and the victim H (n, 18 years of age) were working in the above E from December 23, 201 to March 30 of the same month.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse against Victims F;

A. At around 16:00 on October 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, by taking advantage of a serious gap in the victim’s hand, against the head of a passenger car driven by the Defendant from the above E office to the place of residence of the victim located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim took a seat of the victim; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile.

B. On October 27, 2014, the Defendant, at the above E office around the morning, committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile victim, by using the gaps in which the victim was going to use facsimile machinery.

C. On October 28, 2014, the Defendant, at around 11:00, committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, by taking the victim’s hand by taking advantage of the serious gap in the vehicle driven by the Defendant from the above E office to the front brea of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.

On October 29, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile who is a juvenile, by taking the victim’s hand and taking the victim’s hand from E-site office located in I, E site office, 609.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse against Victims F;

A. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on October 20, 2014, around the day from the above E office to the place of residence of the victim located in Ulsan-gu; (b) used the victim’s employer to take advantage of his/her position that may affect the victim’s employment, employment conditions, etc., to commit an indecent act against the victim.
