Accordingly, C shall put about 10 g opphones into packaging boxes after concealing them in 2016 at the top of May 11, 2016 by dividing them into 10 gylphones and in 2000 vinyls, and enter them into packaging boxes and indicate “E” as the addressee’s “E”. After departing from the airport of the Austria, C sent them to the Republic of Korea with an international special transmission freight via the Red Sea, the Republic of Korea on May 11, 2016.

On May 16, 2016, the Ministry of Health and Welfare had the Defendant arrive at Incheon Airport by traffic air FV, and the Defendant received it at H operated by the Defendant in Yongcheon-si G around 11:30 on May 16, 2016.

1. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) conspired with C to import phiphones, which are a local mental medicine, using international peculiar transmission goods in Astririria; and (b) remitted KRW 1 million to the account in the name of D known by C around March 25, 2016.

Accordingly, C, on March 1, 2016, concealed approximately 3g of opphones in plastic lebrophones and stored them in packaging boxes, stated as “E”, and sent them to the Republic of Korea from the International Airport of Australia to the Republic of Korea via Thailand, on April 1, 2016, after departure from the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Korea from the Republic of Korea via Thailand, LOriririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririth, and the Defendant received them at the above H around April 14:53, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with C.

2. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant, who administered philophones, was fluencing water into a raw water tank at the upper H inside of the day on April 4, 2016.
