[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of two million won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2011, Defendant B (born in 69) was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the crime of opening gambling in the Daejeon District Court on August 19, 201, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the branch of the Daejeon Prison.

1. Defendant A

가. 피고인은 2013. 07. 12. 16:00 경 아산시 R 아파트, 104동 302호 소재 피고인의 집에서, S, L, T, U 등 7~8 명이 속칭 ‘ 도리 짓고땡’ 도박을 하도록 장소를 제공하고, 음식과 담배 등을 제공하며 시간 비 명목으로 1 인 당 1 시간에 1만 원씩을 받아 약 10만 원의 이익을 취득함으로써, 영리를 목적으로 도박을 하는 장소를 개설하였다.

나. 피고인은 2013. 07. 15. 16:30 경 위 장소에서, E 등 14명이 속칭 ‘ 도리 짓고땡’ 도박을 하도록 장소를 제공하고, 음식과 담배 등을 제공하며 시간 비 명목으로 1 인 당 1 시간에 1만 원씩을 받아 약 30만 원의 이익을 취득함으로써, 영리를 목적으로 도박을 하는 장소를 개설하였다.

2. Defendant B (69 Life), C, and D Defendants: (a) around 16:30 on May 15, 2013, at around 16:30 around 16:30, and (b) in order to assist Defendant B in opening a place where gambling is conducted for profit as described in paragraph 1-B, Defendant B purchased and kept drinking water; (b) provided flags to be used in gambling; and (c) provided flags to be used in gambling; and (d) facilitate the relevant crime, such as providing each gambling participant with beverages, meals, and tobacco, thereby preventing the establishment of a gambling place.

3. Defendant E, F, H, and J

A. On May 15, 2013, at around 16:30 on around 16:30 on, and around 16:15, 2013, the Defendants: (a) 4 of the gambling participants, using the 20 luculation 20 boxes, with a single set of 1 line among the gambling participants; and (b) the rest participants, with a set of 1,000 to 30,000 won, 10 or 20 out of 5 boxes, after putting the lacing box to the lac, until the lac becomes five pages.
