[Attachment 2017 Highest 93, 2017 Highest 205 Highest 205 (Defendant A) - Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of acceptance of bribe in the Daegu District Court’s support on August 26, 2011 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Young-gu Prison on September 17, 2013.
1. Fraud against victim H;
A. The Defendants conspired to acquire the household appliances, such as the purchase price, etc., and to purchase household appliances, such as air conditioners installed at the seat of the State, on July 29, 2015, from the “J restaurant” in the “J restaurant” in the operation of the victim H located in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Inc. to the victim, “K is engaged in the construction business,” and completed the sale of the apartment model house in the area of the Gyeong-do, Gyeong-do, and thereby, purchased household appliances, such as air conditioners installed therein.

B. The Defendants, in collusion, are unable to register with the victim’s name in the name of the Republic of Korea at around October 15, 2015 at the victim’s house located in Gyeongbuk-gun M., Gyeongbuk-gun, the Defendant would be able to pay the principal and interest for each month on the loan of KRW 27.5 million from the KB Capital.

However, in fact, the Defendants received a loan from a used motor vehicle under the name of the victim.
