A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Defendant

A is the president of the chapter E of the Daejeon Chungcheong District Office, and the defendant B is the member of the metal labor union E branch.

1. The organizer of the defendant A assembly shall not commit any act disturbing the order of violence, intimidation, damage, etc. by maintaining the order in the assembly;

Defendant

A, at around 13:40 to 14:40 on August 17, 2015, when an assembly was held at the place where the assembly was reported, the parties to E Co., Ltd. prohibited the assembly before the assembly, and prevented the participants from entering the factory, and made the employees of the facility preservation team and its security guards correct the door to prevent them from entering the factory, and forced them to enter the building, so it may interfere with the order of assault, damage, etc. if they attempted to enter the building. However, although it is known that the act of violence, damage, etc. may be interfered with, it means that the participants using the ample and loudspeaker, and the end means that the participants of E Co., Ltd. are “to enter the building,” the participants of E Co., Ltd. are allowed to undergo the mobile file (one-name “the one”) installed in the Daejeon Factory, and attempt to enter the factory, thereby making the participants wear or fight with the relevant persons as listed in paragraph 2 below.
