A Imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 4 months for a short term of 8 months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum of 6 months and by a short of 3 months.

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct;
A. At around 01:50 on Jan. 7, 2015, the Defendant discovered a vehicle parked in front of a F cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which there is no person to correct the vehicle; (b) opened a door in which the victim G (the age 41) did not correct the vehicle; and (c) went into the vehicle; and (d) driven by driving the vehicle at the time zone of H EM car worth KRW 1,00,000 in the market price owned by the victim.
B. Around 01:50 on January 7, 2015, the Defendant driving a HE vehicle on the street in front of a FM restaurant located in the Young-gun of North Korea, the Defendant driven the HE vehicle without a driver’s license, and driving the said vehicle at around 140 kilometers in the section of approximately 140 kilometers in front of the JP restaurant located in I of the permanent resident city of North Korea, around 18:40 on the same day through the PP Eup and the PP Eup in the permanent resident city of North Korea, around 19:00 on January 7, 2015. (2) The Defendant driven the 1 ton cargo in front of the Lane, located in K of the permanent resident city of North Korea, without a driver’s license, and driven the said vehicle at around 10:5 kilometers in the section of the permanent resident city of about 10:00 on January 20, 2015 through the PPP Eup and the stabilizing area of the permanent resident.
2. The Defendant and the Defendant jointly committed a crime as well as B, and in the street room front of the Lane, located in K at the permanent residence of North Korea around January 7, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant, as seen above, is driving a stolen H and then standing the PP PP, a stable level, and a long water surface.
The victim P(the age of 47) who was no longer driven due to the malfunction, such as leaving the clock in the above place, found the M blue cargo vehicle parked with the key, and the defendant was on board the driver's seat and walked the clock, and the B was stolen by driving on the clock.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with B, stolen 12,00 won in cash stored in a vehicle or a vehicle with a value of 15 million won in the market price owned by the victim.
