A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten months and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Illegal use of automobiles;
A. On June 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered and opened a Karen motor vehicle parked in the front of C Apartment 1108, the victim D; (b) opened an unsatisfic vehicle; and (c) used a auxiliary key in front of the neighboring commercial building; (d) operated the said apartment to the front parking lot of 1108, and used it temporarily without the consent of the victim.
B. On June 22, 2013, the Defendant discovered the car 1108 front of the above apartment, which the said victim parked in the front of the said apartment, and opened a door by using an auxiliary key installed in advance at the time of the crime of the above paragraph (a), and operated the said car to the above apartment 1106 front parking lot via the neighboring shopping mall, and used the said car temporarily without consent of the victim.
2. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant attempted to illegally use a motor vehicle: (a) in the parking lot between the C Apartment 1108 dong and 1106 dong in Pakistan-si on July 6, 2013; (b) the carren motor vehicle, as described in paragraph (1), parked in the above auxiliary key, was discharged from a trial with the victim’s consent for temporary use; (c) but (d) the Defendant did not commit an attempted use without the victim’s consent.
3. Larceny;
A. On June 29, 2013, around 17:53, the Defendant discovered a GPa car in which the market price owned by the injured party F cannot be known at the 1102 underground parking lot of the C Apartment, which was parked therein, and driving it in the same manner as Paragraph 1(a).
B. On July 20, 2013, around 17:36, the Defendant, at the 801 parking lot of the HA building located in the 801 parking lot of the 17:5,00,000 won of the market price of the victim I who was parked there, was a theft of the vehicle by driving in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
