A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Habitual theft;

On October 8, 2014, at around 04:00, the Defendant parked in a parking lot after sticking the key of the victim M at the victim’s parking lot, leaving the victim’s M key at the time.
