1. The defendant shall make each of the money in the "total sum" column in attached Form 2 to the plaintiffs and each of them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a public corporation established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, whose business purpose is the construction and operation of subway 1 through 4 lines, and the plaintiffs are workers belonging to the defendant.

B. The definitions of terms used in Article 2 (Definition), such as the defendant's remuneration regulations, are as follows.

1. The term “repair” means the sum of the basic wages, various allowances, and meal service subsidies;

5. “Allowance” means any kind of allowances as referred to in Article 13 of this Regulation;

6. The term “ordinary wage” means the total amount of basic wage and technical allowance, train boarding allowance, danger allowance, present business support allowance, qualification license allowance, and business improvement allowance;

8. The term “grades” means wages paid according to the degree of responsibility for duties and duties;

Article 3 (Payment Date) Remuneration shall be paid on the 20th of each month.

Provided, That if the payment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, it shall be paid on the preceding day.

The calculation of remuneration in cases where there is a change in the status of a person under Article 6 (Remuneration when Change in Status) shall be made as follows:

1. The remuneration of new employees shall be calculated on the date of their attendance;

3. In case of retirement or death, the full monthly remuneration shall be paid; and

Article 7 (Remuneration for Temporary Retirement) The remuneration for an employee during the period of temporary retirement shall be paid in accordance with the following subparagraphs:

1. In cases of occupational diseases or injuries, normal wages, including temporary layoff benefits paid under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act shall be paid;
