Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant, as a holder of the NEW EF rocketing, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road, other than motor vehicles prescribed by Presidential Decree, on which he/she had not bought mandatory insurance on April 16:53, 2013.
