A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

In addition, the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the “defendant”) has been hospitalized at a mental hospital from October 14, 201 to January 12, 2012 due to diversive disorder, etc. and had the record of receiving hospital treatment from the mental hospital to May 17, 2012, and shows mental symptoms, such as damage network, over-accident, relation, unstable emotional distress, unstable emotional failure, lack of medical awareness, etc. As such, the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as “defendant”) is a person who has weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental disorder caused by the division operation disorder.
The Defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions due to such mental or physical disorder:
On April 6, 2013, at around 12:45, the Defendant: (a) laid down a “D church” line with one-time stop from the stairs in front of the fifth floor elevator of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) continued to be a stop box in the second floor of the above church hall in a manner similar thereto at around 13:30; (c) continued to be a stop box in the second floor of the above church hall in a way similar thereto; (d) continued to be a stop box in the front floor of the communication room of the second floor of this Sub-Section 13:35; and (d) continued to be a stop box in the front floor of the second floor of this Sub-Section 13:40; and (d) continued to be a stop box in the new toilet of about 13:45; and (d) continued to be placed in the new toilet of about 13:45 at the same place; and (e) continued to be placed in the new toilet of about 135:20.
However, by discovering E and F, the wall of the above church executive secretary E and F were removed from fire, and the building was not destroyed because fire was not removed from the above church building.
