A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The seized jumbo jumbdoer (No. 1) shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit the fire of C building on May 1, 2014: (a) on May 1, 2014, the Defendant posted a fire on the first floor female toilets of the C building in the Asan City, a single-use kitchen, in which he was in possession, and destroyed the smoke of the suspension and caused public danger.
2. On May 24, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit fire of the D Building on May 24, 2014, from the first male toilet of the Asan City Building D on May 24, 2014, around 18:39, the Defendant posted fire in the same manner and destroyed the brupt, thereby causing public danger.
3. On May 24, 2014, the Defendant who attempted to commit fire of C building on May 24, 2014: (a) posted fire in the first floor male toilets of C building on May 18:53, 2014 in the foregoing manner; and (b) destroyed the smoke of the stop and destroyed it to cause public danger.
4. On June 1, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit fire of the E building on June 1, 2014, from the male toilet of the first floor of the E building Asan City on June 17:13, 2014, posted a fire in the above manner, and destroyed the brupt, thereby causing public danger.
5. On August 5, 2014, the Defendant who attempted to commit the fire of a D building on the first floor of the D building around 10:30 on August 6, 2014, posted a fire in the above D building in the above manner, and destroyed the smoke of the stop and caused public danger.
6. On August 16, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fire of the building E on August 16, 2014, entered the first floor male toilet of the building E in front of that building, and carried postal items in front of the toilet, and was in possession of a stop pipe, with a disposable stop box attached a fire to the postal item, and destroyed the stop box and thereby causing public danger.
7. On July 29, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered an Internet radio telephone call at “F” restaurant located on the first floor of the above D building; (b) completed meals; and (c) discovered and stolen an Internet telephone call at the market price of the victim G ownership located on the front table.
