Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Csch Rexton car.

On January 13, 2013, at around 18:58, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.134%, and led the Defendant to the intersection of the front distance of the second apartment in front of the apartment complex in the Suwon Mine-gu, Gwangju.

Since the above place is where traffic signals are installed and traffic control is performed, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to live well the front left, and to drive a vehicle safely in accordance with the new subparagraph.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, did not well look at the front door, and did not directly go against the stop signal as it is in contravention of the signal, caused the part of the victim D(49 years old), which was left left to the left from the right side of the lower-class area in accordance with the left-hand turn signals from the right side of the lower-class area, to the right part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle. The Defendant, while driving the said high-class freight, was able to get the front part of the victim FF(48 years old) driving, thereby getting the front part of the XG car.

The Defendant caused the foregoing traffic accident and caused the victim D to die with low-quality shock shocks caused by large-scale shocks caused by damage to the left-hand chest, at around January 21, 2013, at H Hospital located in the Dong-gu in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and caused the victim F to suffer injury, such as catitis, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
