1. The Defendant is a person driving a B rocketing car.

On March 14, 2016, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front side of the restaurant in which it is impossible to ascertain the trade name near the second apartment in the Suwon mine area due to the completion of the water level at around 0.067% of blood alcohol level, to the front side of the high-tech hospital located in the Gwangju Mine area at approximately 1km from the front side of the restaurant to the front side of the high-tech hospital located in the Gwangju Mine area.

2. The Defendant is a person driving a B rocketing car.

On March 15, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant driven the said car within approximately 6 meters from the front side of the Suwon-dong Parking Site to the front side of the modern cafeteria cafeteria cafeteria cafeteria in the above Sudo-dong, Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.149% of alcohol level.
