A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

1. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:00, administered D hotel 1004, which was provided by E in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for approximately 0.1g of Mesofta (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), dumcopon (one philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), dumcopon, and then administered them by means of dilution with one-time injection device with one-time injection device.

2. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 21:30, administered D hotel No. 1004, which was provided by E, in a manner that 0.07g of philophones, were injected into one’s left arms by dilution of clophones (0.07g) with a disposable injection device.

3. On July 20, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 401, injected approximately 0.05g of philopon, which was delivered by G, with a single-use injection device, by dilution of clopon into one’s arms.

4. The Defendant received approximately 0.7 g of philopon from G at the date, time, and place described in paragraph 3, with the delivery of approximately 0.7 g of philopon.

5. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.15g of philophones, which were delivered by I at the Defendant’s home of the Gangnam-gu Seoul H Building 401, at I free of charge, into one’s own arms by using a disposable injection device; and (b) administered them by means of injecting in one’s own arms.

6. On January 26, 2017, the Defendant received and delivered philophones from I free of charge in the front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J building by receiving approximately 0.1g of philophones that I hidden into the chemical team from I, by receiving approximately 0.1g of philophones.

7. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon, which was delivered by K free of charge at the mutual influence in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by means of dilution with a single-use injection device, and then laying the injection into his own arms.
