Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found one of the air guns owned by the victim B (a total number AC04 00099) in the Geum River-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) embezzled as he/she had the idea that he/she had, without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. Violation of the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act;

(a) Where any person discovers or discovers guns, etc. that are lost, buried, or are not properly managed, he/she shall report such fact to an adjacent national police station within 24 hours and shall not cross, move, dismantle, or dismantle them without instructions from police officers;

On November 2013, the defendant kept the air gun acquired, such as paragraph (1), within 24 hours after filing a report with the police station, at the home of the defendant in the Kunsan-si.

(b) Where intending to possess the guns, swords, electronic percussion locks and arbalests, he shall obtain permission from the chief of police station;

From the end of November 2012 to December 16, 2013, the Defendant possessed an air gun that he acquired, as prescribed in paragraph (1), at the home of the Defendant located in Gunsan City, from the end of November 2013 to the end of December 16, 2013.

3. Those who intend to hunted game animals in a hunting ground in violation of the Wildlife Protection and Management Act shall obtain a hunting license from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the domicile, and no one shall hunted game animals in a place other than the hunting ground;

On December 20, 2013, at around 12:35, the Defendant: (a) launched the air gun and performed hunting activities in a place other than the DHunting area in the Gunsan-si; and (b) to the scams located between scams without obtaining a hunting license.
