Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a customer of the Banoba, and the defendant visited the D police box located in the Daejeon Empo-gu Daejeon to present his/her identification card.

The victim E, who is a police officer at the police box of the Daejeonsan Police Station, provided a detailed explanation that the victim E cannot control the defendant by failing to do so.

However, around 03:51 on February 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to “I am or spawn with a spawn, spawn;” and (b) carried the Defendant out of the police box as I am spawn F, etc.
